Learn Together, Grow Together
Our community-based learning approach connects you with peers who share your passion for financial analysis. Through collaborative projects, peer mentoring, and group discussions, you'll develop practical skills while building lasting professional relationships.
How Community Learning Works
We believe learning happens best when people work together. Our structured approach pairs individual study with meaningful peer interaction, creating an environment where everyone contributes and everyone benefits.
Study Groups Meet Weekly
Every Tuesday evening, small groups of 6-8 participants gather to tackle real financial statements together. One week you might be analyzing Commonwealth Bank's quarterly results, the next week diving into Woolworths' annual report. The magic happens in these conversations.
- Mixed experience levels mean beginners learn from intermediates, and experienced participants reinforce their knowledge by explaining concepts
- Each session focuses on one company's financials, with different group members presenting their analysis of specific sections
- Online collaboration tools keep discussions going between meetings, with shared documents and question threads
- Monthly cross-group presentations where teams share their best discoveries with the wider community
